2022 – GOING BEYOND

“An absolutely stunning rental home community. The homes are incredibly nice inside and were designed with ample space with private fenced back yards, and EV charging-ready two-car garages.”

“Amazing service, quick move in and amazing amenities. We love the backyard and homey feeling you get unlike traditional apartment homes.”

“The community itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds and a vibrant atmosphere. I was particularly taken by the excellent walking trail and the convenient access to the nature trail that leads straight into downtown.”

“A new concept of living. Renting while not owning but living like an owner. I absolutely love this as an option.”

“An all-around great experience and one I would highly recommend. The neighborhood offers exactly what we were looking for: the privacy of a home, complete with a yard and garage, combined with the maintenance-free lifestyle and amenities afforded by renting.”

“The level of amenities offered here has been unexpected and unparalleled.”

“Love the layout of our house, windows in every room with tons of natural light and ventilation. The AC, garage, and door are all controlled from my phone so I never have to worry about my key.

The tankless water heater is amazing. My wife and I can shower separately at the same time and the hot water never runs out. Tons of cabinets in the kitchen and internet is already set up for us. Overall a very hassle-free experience.”

“This has been a great place to call home! Nice residences, well-designed, spacious, and peaceful.”
