Legends Way at Onion Creek

Legends Way at Onion Creek is a 287 home for sale community located 20 minutes from Downtown Austin near I-35 and Slaughter Road. The community is part of the Onion Creek Homeowner’s Association and directly adjacent to the historic Onion Creek Golf Club, known as the birthplace of the Senior PGA Tour. The outstanding location is located near many prime retail and entertainment destinations.

AHV was responsible for the engineering and delivery of 163 finished lots. The remaining lots are platted and approved for construction. In addition, two separate detention basins have been constructed for drainage.

Savannah

Savannah, a 98 single family home for sale community, is located just south of Highway 60 in the desirable Rancho Belago neighborhood. The community is located near the newly developed Stoneridge Towne Center and Moreno Beach Plaza and is directly across the street from Mountain View Middle School and Valley High School.

The project sat dormant and incomplete for almost 10 years prior to AHV’s involvement. The Principals of AHV Communities were engaged as an Asset Manager to orchestrate a turnaround of the project on behalf of the owner. AHV was responsible for the bidding, construction and supervision of all development activities, including backbone infrastructure, lot grading, street improvements and common area landscaping. AHV Communities assembled and managed all aspects of marketing and sales efforts. While serving as the Asset Manager, all homes released were pre-sold prior to construction completion with over 50% of the community pre-sold at prices exceeding proforma projections.

Enclave at Maya Vista

Known for its strong schools and high quality of life, Leander is the 4th fastest growing city in the state of Texas. Located just outside of Austin, the city’s population grew 275% from 2000-2013 and is expected to grow from 38,000 to 70,000 in the next 25 years. The median household income for the city of Leander is approximately $73,000.

Enclave at Maya Vista is a 126 lot development located less than 1 mile away from the recently completed Metro Rail Line stop which connects residents to Downtown Austin. The project is currently entitled and engineered for detached single family homes. The community has a 1.1-acre site for an amenity center.
